In order to resolutely put an end to such phenomena as online games and chat during working hours, standardize the company's working order, create a good working environment and establish a good corporate image, the following regulations are formulated for the prohibition of online games and chat during working hours:

1. It is strictly forbidden to use office computers, telephones and mobile phones for chatting, games, shopping, browsing web pages and other recreational activities unrelated to work. The computer may not download and install software unrelated to work that violates discipline requirements.

Second, all departments of the company should strengthen self-examination. Those who ignore the requirements of the regulations and make use of their working hours to inquire online, chat online and play games should not only be severely criticized, but also be given warnings, fines and punishments until they leave their posts. The specific penalties are as follows:

(1) Give serious criticism and warning about the first violation of the regulations;

(2) If the violation is serious, a fine of more than 50 yuan shall be imposed for each discovery;

(3) Those who violate the regulations seriously or repeatedly ignore them shall be dismissed from their posts.

Third, the comprehensive Department of the company should strengthen supervision and inspection. In case of any violation of the prohibited acts committed by the staff of various departments, not only the staff shall be punished, but also the leaders of the corresponding departments shall be held accountable to ensure strict requirements, strict management, strict discipline and prohibition.

These regulations shall be implemented from the date of issuance.
